The shar Pei which is the the subject of the contract is sold under the following conditions. These conditions have been imposed to enable ZHOUQUAN SHAR PEI to afford the puppy a reasonable level of protection for his/her lifetime.
These conditions are not, and should not, cause concern for a normal, loving owner.
These conditions remain with the puppy for the lifetime of his/her lifetime and should be passed on to any future owners.Ignorance of all or any of these conditions shall not invalidate the contract.
CONDITIONS
1/ The dog/bitch shall live with the family within family home and not within a kennel.
2/ The dog/bitch shall at NO time be be mistreated or subjected to any form of cruelty either physically or mentally.
3/ The dog/bitch must be given adequate vetinary care at all times as required.
4/ The dog/bitch is being purchased by the new owners personally and not for a third party.
5/ The dog/bitch shall not be traded or sold on by the new owners without prior notification and agreement of ZHOUQUAN SHAR PEI.
CONTRAVENTION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS SHALL INVALIDATE THE CONTRACT AND ENABLE ZHOUQUAN SHAR PEI TO RECOVER THE DOG/BITCH WITHOUT PAYMENT OR LEGAL RECOURSE.
SECTION 2
1/ The dog/bitch is being sold from any known major medical defects. The new owners shall have 14 days from date of purchase to have the dog/bith examined by a vetinary surgeon.If any major defects are found they they will have the right to return the dog/bitch to allow ZHOUQUAN SHAR PEI to allow a vetinary surgeon of their choice examine the dog/bitch for a second opinion.
2/ If the new owners exercise the above right to return the dog/bitch and the second opinion confirms the initial findings then the new owners will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, but no more.
If the above right is not exercised within the 14 day period as provided then ZHOUQUAN SHAR PEI shaall be under no further obligation in respect of the sale whatsoever.
3/ The new owners shall notify ZHOUQUAN SHAR PEI of any future permant change of address.
4/ No warranty is given to the resultant show/breeding quality of the dog/bitch.
5/ The dog/bitch has been/will be registered with the kennel club and will be subject to the following endorsements.
a..(R)Progeny not not eligible for registration
b..(x)Not eligible for export pedigree.
These endorsements are normal for a puppy intended as a family pet. The dog/bitch unless castrated is eligible for show, and if shows potential as a good example of the breed then these endorsements maybe removed at the descretion of ZHOUQUAN SHAR PEI
6/ ZHOUQUAN SHAR PEI can provide no warranty as to the future soundness of the dog/bitch and it is understood and accepted, by the new owners, that the breed has a pre-disposition to ENTROPIAN(Inturning of eyelids which causes intrusion of the eyelashes into the eye and requires veterinary care)
7/ ZHOUQUAN SHAR PEI advice that the new owners insure the dog/bitch with a reputable insurance company for its lifetime (at least first year)
8/ Info on diet, vaccination and worming has been given provided at time of sale.
